Okay,

I know you may think I am nuts but my Kennedy said her first word a week ago and I didn't really believe it but she says it all the time now and she is only 6 months old!!!

Guess what she says now!

Drum Roll...........................

She says HI!!!

Everytime my Mom comes down stairs she says good morning to her. Well my mom said hi to her a week ago and she made a sound that sounded like hi but I ignored it. My mom did it again and yes, she said it again. Now the word as spread around our family.

We had a big birthday bash for my nephew who turned six at the Bone Yard (a place like chuckee cheese but more for adults) and everyone said Hi to her and sure enough she said hi right back.

It's the cuttest thing. I don't remember when my other two said their first words because it's been 7 YEARS since I had my son. So things are a little dusty in the memory category.

So yeah, I'm a proud mama.

LOL Grin

Ah! Awesome.  I can't remember what my kids first words were either and they are 5 and 3.  I have a 4 month old who hasn't said squat.   That's really early for talking!

I know. I am going to try to record her saying it. Not sure how to get it on here but I am going to try. I think it is really cool.

She is being aggressive right now. She watches her brother and sister all day so I think she thinks she can compete with them somehow.

Oh you have three kids too?  What are their orders?  I have Girl, Boy, Girl.  My boy is by far the easiest and most laid back.  I wish they were all like him.
